At TMG-Parts-US, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items don't fit or meet your expectations, you may return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
